Farooq Sobhan serves as the Chairman of The Osiris Group, bringing over 40 years of senior policy experience in international diplomacy, economic strategy, and governance.

He previously held key leadership roles as Foreign Secretary of Bangladesh and served as Ambassador to China, India, and Malaysia, playing a pivotal role in shaping Bangladesh's foreign relations and economic policies.

Currently a Distinguished Fellow at the Bangladesh Enterprise Institute, Farooq Sobhan continues to contribute to policy development and strategic advisory. He is an alumnus of both the University of Oxford and the University of Dhaka.
