Imran Ahmed

Imran started his career in the UAE in the early 1990s in the Royal Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, as a data analyst. In early 2000, he led a team of analysts at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (FAB) to launch an offshore multi-manager fund-of-fund. Imran joined Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) in 2002 at the Bank's Dubai Rep. Office where he rose to become the co-head of the GCC region. During his ten year tenure at UBP, he grew & led the institutional marketing team, and the Bank's assets under management grew in multiple folds. Post 2011, Imran went on to establish two global firms; Jefferies International Ltd & Banque SYZ & Co, in Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). Since 2016, Imran has consulted for a number of global firms, where he has been closely associated with the founding team since inception.

Imran has developed a network of relationship with the investment management industry and possesses strong connectivity with professional investors in the GCC. He has over two decades of sales, investor relations, placement & marketing experience in financial products covering public & private markets across geographies.

Imran serves as an Advisor to The Osiris Group.
