Masud Khan is the General Counsel at The Osiris Group, with over two decades of experience in cross-border M&A, private equity, and international corporate advisory.

At The Legal Circle, Masud has advised on complex transactions across sectors such as technology and energy, offering strategic counsel on corporate structuring, financing, and regulatory compliance.

Masud was a corporate law partner at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren in the United States, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on international expansion and led transactions across China, India, and Latin America. Since returning to Bangladesh in 2007, he has played a key role in advising global investors on entering and operating in the Bangladeshi market.

Masud is recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific for his expertise in corporate and finance law and is widely regarded for his strategic counsel on foreign direct investment and complex cross-border deals.

He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
